
HOW TO ENJOY NOPAL
Blend NOPAL powder into juices or smoothies for a refreshing, health-boosting drink. We suggest a teaspoon (3 gr approx.) per intake

TOP TIPS
The Golden Rule of NOPAL, given it is FIBRE, is start slow and stay hydrated. NOPAL powder adds fibre to your everyday food like pasta, rice, tacos or bread, just add it when you are cooking. Use it in your dips or hummus. Do not keep NOPAL preparation more than two days as it will ferment because of its active/live nutrients. Fibre acts like sponge; it needs water to move through your system smoothly, to avoid your system getting "backed up".
